Biographie
Proof (a.k.a. Big Proof ou Derty Harry) est un excellent freestyler qui s'est rapidement fait un nom dans le milieu underground. Il a gagné la Compétition du Magazine Source Freestyling en 1999 ce qui lui a valu une renommée plus large et ainsi commencer à se faire connaitre. Il est apparu dans plusieurs EPs et dans plusieurs albums d'artistes locaux. Proof faisait aussi partie d'un groupe de rap de Detroit, 5 Ela. En 95, déjà, il sortait le Maxi "Searchin". Ami de longue date d'Eminem, il est à la base de la création du groupe D12.
A côté des deux albums sortis avec D12, il s'essaye en solo avec plusieurs projets (EP, Mixtapes, Bootleg) avant de sortir en 2005 son premier LP "Searching For Jerry Garcia".
Proof meurt le 11 avril 2006 lors d'une dispute dans une boîte de 8 Mile. Proof avait 32 ans et était le père de cinq enfants.
